IT'S THE AI WAY OR THE HIGHWAY

With the coronavirus pandemic in March of 2020, the Trump administration requested that changes be made in the judicial system in anticipation of judicial system delays or even a shut-down.

"Our planet is an embarrassing mess!"

We are obviously not capable of running a planet without constant bickering, war, human abuse, and pollution.

Our planet is an embarrassing mess of ruthless primate competition for power, money, and natural resources. This resulted from an extension of our primal heritage into an evolving sea of technology, mass transportation, and massive population growth.

We evolved from primate groups where the Alpha male ran the show even though he was a brutal and cruel asshole. He got the first chunk of prime meat and the ladies.

The group tolerated the abusiveness and callousness of the Alpha male because when another group came over the hill to attack, it was the Alpha male who would lead the fight.

So we tolerate Alpha male bullies for survival of the group.

This worked for millions of years for small groups of less than 100. When we domesticated plants and animals and started creating villages where our hunting and gathering morphed into labor diversification, armies, fortresses, and trade-- even worse tyrant Alpha males rose to the top.

We had to have a fortress and an army, because our closest neighbor had one. Develop resistance or die, or be enslaved--it was that straightforward.

Taking this primitive but inevitable mindset into modern times, with really no natural skills for running large populations or planets leads us to our current lamentable condition today.

THE DCR SOLUTION

Answer to our government problems worldwide: A Digital Constitutional Republic. Artificial Intelligence studies our species needs and continuously evolves a digitized, streamlined and no-need-for-interpretation constitution. Putting billions or even trillions of dollars into studying ourselves and our planet and digitizing our government so it can be monitored and improved by artificial intelligence is now a priority. It is the only way out of our global predicaments.

Imagine that we need no bills drafted by Deep States/Big Businesses which are proposed to a Congress on the take. No more:

“Just pass it, so we can see what’s in it, and where all your taxpayer money will be stolen.”

We need hybrid independent, vetted committees formed to evaluate, monitor, confirm digital government major proposals which can be rehashed if necessary.

Alliances to be formed nation by nation. Either a nation is pro-freedom and pro-AI or assumed to side with the Communists or worse.

No push for Democracy, it is no longer needed and is an obvious failure. See my AOC book. Hezbollah wackos elect Hezbollah wacko leaders. We evolved to make quick and emotional decisions for survival, not meticulously make decisions to see who might be good for running a big government. Greed and dishonesty can spring up anytime.

Digital government would get smarter each day and improve itself. All it needs is the highest quality data and it suggests how to get it. AI healthcare could serve billions at nominal cost. Big Pharma wants to lobby? Tough, the AI government needs not listen because it has all of the facts already and is not working to make Big Pharma or physicians richer.

Eventually there no Congressmen or women to bribe because the system is obsolete already.

While respecting individual rights and needs across the globe, the AI also mandates what is best for our species to survive on a healthy planet. What has top priority? Stopping Communist China? Preventing nuclear war? Constraining pollution? Feeding and healing the poort? Performing arts centers? This has to be evaluated scientifically from a national and species perspective.

Digital Judicial system and Law monitors population in real time, gathers evidence in real time, and prosecutes in real time-- a case is then presented to AI judges for confirmation, evaluation, and decision. Very little human input needed.Humans are poor witnesses, biased, and the worst adjudicators.

Right now, if a judge’s favorite sports team lost the day before, your chances for a stiffer sentence increased. Ridiculous.

There’s already an AI caucus in Congress, Trump signed the AI Initiative in 2019, and our DOD and NSA are throwing billions at AI companies to develop their departments for optimal functioning.

So the government could figure out how many departments it has and monitor them for corruption and waste using AI. Eventually Congress, the Senate, and the President take a back-seat to their AI counterparts, and further out are not needed except for diplomatic relations.

There is no question that human-AI hybrid forms of government could do a much better job.

The challenge is a political one, with Deep Learning, the technology is laready here to run a planet properly.

Hopefully Trump gets re-elected and is persuaded to implement AI on the largest scale possible. I

It is the only way to compete with the likes of Communist China because they seek a Communist form of the same thing.

We should not be so worried about "terminator" scenarios as much as Communist China's terminator forces now.
