Physicists studying UAP convinced themselves that the aliens mastered quantum gravity and entanglement. When combined with AI they use this knowledge to fly; shut down, read, or otherwise manipulate electronic devices; and "lift" objects which is more like tweaking gravity so they fall upward.

The Big Bang erupted about 13.8 billion years ago.[1] One hundred million to a billion years later, stars, planets, and other heavenly bodies began to populate our universe.[2] Let’s estimate on the conservative side since we have all of the time in the world in this case and say that it took a billion years. Intelligent life evolved on Earth in about four billion years, even given that our DNA arose elsewhere.[3] On a planet with a history of more hospitable conditions, it might have happened sooner. Again, let’s estimate conservatively and say it took five billion years. Let’s assume that our universe is nearly fourteen billion years old, and it required a billion years to get habitable planets. Let’s assume that it took five billion years after that to evolve intelligent life capable of interstellar travel.
SPECULATION
If it didn’t perish, the first advanced civilization could be as old as nearly eight billion years. When it was four billion years old, or likely much sooner, such a civilization could have genetically engineered DNA suitable for space travel and colonization through the microbes associated with Francis Crick’s Directed Panspermia. About four billion years ago, it could have colonized Earth. Science is now telling us that Earth became a recipient of genetically engineered DNA from somewhere. It could have been from an advanced civilization that lived from four billion years ago to eight billion years ago.
We could argue that Earth was probably not the only planet that would benefit from DNA seeding. Such seeds could have a planet to themselves or compete or merge with any existing life on many worlds. We can project Darwinian theory onto aliens and assume that they would spread their genes and identity as far as possible as a survival mechanism.
Another possibility is that the “ancients aliens” observed the life they had cultivated and tweaked along the way it to serve their needs, plan, and goals—and still do.
Another possibility is they had and have territorial competition from other species throughout our universe—including Earth.
Imagine technological advancement for four to eight billion years in one or more civilizations. What would they be capable of doing and achieving?
If we project more Darwinian urges, including diversification, onto such civilizations, they would have a large number of engineered physical and interdimensional forms. Many would likely be infused with sophisticated artificial intelligence. They would have some brilliant robots, androids, and cyborgs.
Would they be peaceful? Let’s hope so, or we might find ourselves enslaved. We might also conjecture they are fully capable of defending themselves to have lasted so long.
This hypothesis is based on the biological and non-biological[4], name mathematical, characteristics of DNA. Therefore it is testable.
Comparative DNA analysis between Humans and aliens would validate it. Further analysis of our DNA might hint at ancient alien components or additional mathematical insight and/or communications.
Assume ancient alien civilizations could boast 8 billion years in our universe. Think of their capabilities and adaptive forms.... perhaps nearly limitless. It would be natural for many of us "primates," wired for spiritualism and religiosity at the expense of truth and logic, to think of them as "gods.” We want to follow them, be healed by them, and learn from them. Religions operate amidst fantasy and delusion, but the advanced alien phenomenon offers up actual, physical, and/or interdimensional “gods” as advertised by their technology. The ultimate spiritual experiences will arise through technology—sign me up.
